Types of Games
"Capture the Flag"
In "capture the flag" based games, the main objective is to a.) retrieve the opposing
team's flag (and sometimes place it on your team's flagpole), or b.) eliminate all the opponents.
There are usually two teams consisting of equal amounts of players, designated sides,
and a flag at both ends of the field. Sometimes team members are identified by armbands with the
color to coincide with the color of their flag.
Elimination
This is set up the same way as "capture the flag" based games (above) but there are no flags (or
sometimes armbands) and the only objective is to "kill" or be "killed", eliminating all members of
the opposing team.
*Speed Ball?!?*
Speed Ball is a game which is played on an open field where there are only barrels or inflated marshmallows and
upside-down ice cream cones to use for cover. It's verry much like "capture the flag" only the flag does not
need to be taken to the opposite flag pole (only touched instead) in order to win. It can also be played in the
Elimination style (above).
Kill Count
This type of game can be played in any style (seen above). Each player has standardized their
color fill of paint (each person on the team has a different fill color). When the game is over, its
easier to tell who "shot" who.
